Ilyse Schapiro holds a Master’s of Science in clinical nutrition and dietetics from New York University. For over 15 years, as a Registered Dietitian she has helped thousands of clients lose weight, lower cholesterol, lower blood sugar, and help clients heal their guts.

I’m passionate about health, nutrition, science and helping others reach their goals. My purpose is supporting you in losing weight, feeling good in your clothes, gaining confidence and energy and sleeping better. I believe you can lose weight and still enjoy everything in moderation.
